No refunds, exchanges or reprints when custom files are submitted by the purchaser (customer). Proper graphics software is needed to make excellent DTF, SCREEN PRINT AND SUBLIMATION transfers.

Programs like Cricut, Silhouette and Canva are NOT design programs and will cause image color variations. Using apps of any kind and also background removers will ALWAYS make the image quality poor therefore transfers will print poorly. It is NOT our responsibility to check your images or notify you when you submit poor digital images for print. 

Please be advised colors may vary from screen to screen. We are not responsible for reprinting or refunding transfers due to this color variations.
