SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times All items are custom made to order. Our current turnaround time (TAT) varies based on order volume and product type. Please check our homepage or contact us for current processing times before placing your order.

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within our posted TAT
  • Same-Day Processing: Available for select in-stock items (contact us to confirm availability)
  • Custom Orders: May require additional processing time depending on complexity

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Your order will ship once production is complete.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via UPS and other trusted carriers within the United States only. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Domestic Shipping (US Only): UPS Ground or UPS Mail Innovations
  • Expedited Shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air available for an additional fee
  • Alternative Carriers: USPS may be used for certain orders

We only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking & Delivery Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date from the carrier
  • Ability to track your package online through UPS or the carrier's website

Typical delivery times after shipping:

  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days (depending on location)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Shipping Address - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY IMPORTANT: Verify your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Due to our fast processing times (we often ship orders within hours), we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed.

  • Address changes are only possible if requested immediately and before the order ships
  • Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays or lost packages

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Southernly Creations is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped and accepted by the carrier.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Please contact UPS or the shipping carrier directly
  • Damaged in Transit: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Delays While rare, shipping delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • High order volume

We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
