REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Our Commitment to Quality We take pride in creating high-quality custom transfers for your business. Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we have the following policies in place:
No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on DTF transfers, sublimation transfers, screen print transfers, UV DTF stickers, or any custom-made items.
Damaged or Defective Transfers We stand behind our work! If you receive damaged transfers:
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic proof (required for insurance claims)
- We will either replace the transfer(s), issue a refund, or provide store credit at our discretion
Customer-Provided Files When you submit your own artwork or files, please note:
- No refunds, exchanges, or reprints for quality issues related to customer-provided files
- Professional design software is required for best results
- Programs like Cricut, Silhouette, and Canva are NOT professional design programs and may cause color variations and poor image quality
- Background remover apps and mobile editing tools will compromise print quality
- We are not responsible for checking file quality before printing
Color Variations Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings. We cannot reprint or refund due to normal color variations between digital displays and printed transfers.
Processing Times By placing an order, you agree to our current turnaround time (TAT). Please review estimated shipping times before ordering.
