 FILES MUST BE EMAILED TO US AT REBECCAAVEY97@GMAIL.COM with order number in the subject line of email. 

• Thank you for considering our DTF print to order services. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality prints that meet their specifications. If you do not have your own artwork, please email us at RebeccaAvey97@GMAIL.COM before ordering. We offer all sizes, but we do need to know what size you need your image printed.

  Please note that digital files must be in PNG format with transparent backgrounds at 300 dpi. If you require any graphic work, a fee will be charged depending on the complexity of the design. Simple resizing will cost $5, while more time-consuming work could be charged up to $25.

  It is important to keep in mind that we will not refund for poor quality transfers when the digital image is provided by the customer. Additionally, please note that the estimated shipping time (turn around time - TAT) does not start until the design is the desired size and approved.
