Production & Turnaround Times

We pride ourselves on fast, reliable service with the following production schedules:

Standard Production Times:

• DTF Transfers: 1-2 business days
• Sublimation Transfers: 1-2 business days
• UV DTF Stickers: 1-2 business days
• Finished Apparel: 10-21 business days

All turnaround times exclude weekends, holidays, and are calculated from business days only.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer reprints for orders where artwork files are provided by the customer. All sales are final once production begins.

File Quality Standards

Professional results require professional-grade design software. For optimal transfer quality, please use industry-standard design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.

Please avoid: Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Canva, mobile apps, or online background removal tools, as these may result in poor image quality and substandard transfers.

Quality Assurance

While we strive for excellence, please be aware that:

• Color variations may occur between your screen display and the final printed product
• We are not responsible for reviewing submitted artwork quality prior to production
• Poor quality source files will result in poor quality transfers
• No reprints or refunds will be issued for color variations or quality issues stemming from inadequate source files
