IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • REFUND POLICY

    -All sales are final. 
    -All items are custom made to order and due to the nature of the product we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. 

    -We will not refund for poor quality transfers when the digital image is provided by the customer. 
    -Damaged transfers must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (photographic proof is necessary for insurance purposes)
    -In the event of a damaged transfer, we reserve the right to choose to either send you a new transfer(s) or refund the cost of the transfer(s) or give a store credit for the amount.

    *Please Note* All DTF transfers are printed to order. All DTF transfers are custom made items. Due to our policy as stated above we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges on DTF and all products. Please review the ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES and you will be held to these times.

    No refunds, exchanges or reprints when custom files are submitted by the purchaser (customer). Proper graphics software is needed to make excellent DTF, SCREEN PRINT AND SUBLIMATION transfers. Programs like Cricut, Silhouette and Canva are NOT design programs and will cause image color variations. Using apps of any kind and also background removers will ALWAYS make the image quality poor therefore transfers will print poorly. It is NOT our responsibility to check your images or notify you when you submit poor digital images for print. Please be advised colors may vary from screen to screen. We are not responsible for reprinting or refunding transfers due to this color variations. Please review our current TAT and by checking this box you will agree to the TAT. Thanks!

  • SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

    Our current guidelines for turn around is 2-4 business days on RTS items!

    DTF Transfer and Sublimation Transfers are NOT Ready to Ship items. They are printed to order.
    Please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for your order to ship if it includes DTF or sublimation printed transfers.                          PLEASE KNOW WE NORMALLY SHIP DTF TRANSFERS OUT NEXT DAY

    STICKERS will ship Separately!

    If you order pre-order and RTS on the same order everything will be held to ship together!!

  • PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

    If the minimum order quantities of a particular design are not met during pre-sale time frame, we have the right to refund you (for that print).


    Pre-orders will have there own ship out date after it's closing date!
